Cap Ulysse organises the study visit of 10 staff members of ENAIP Piemonte in charge of the labour market inclusion of unemployed people. During those days, they will discover the policies and the operational supports proposed in France to:
In partnership with Pôle emploi, Agefiph, Mission locale, the association Odysée and the association TRANSFER, those staff members will exchange and compare theire practicies with European counterparts. Some will have the oportunity to go further, discovering the D2C programme conducted by the association TRANSFER, during a short term “job shadowing” with consultants in charge of labour market inclusion.
This programme has been funded by the ERASMUS+ program for vocational training. Every year Cap Ulysse organises several visits, within a specific focus related to labour inclusion and/or mobility.
