On last Friday 6th December, Cap Ulysse organised a workshop on “ERASMUS Staff mobility” with local and European partners.
An opportunity to meet, enrich and deepen the issue of staff mobility and to think about new projects. 3 workshops had been identified previously
– Obstacles to staff mobility,
– Recognition of the soft skills acquired during staff mobility,
– The impact of staff mobility on organisations and on participants themselves,
A day ritch in reflexion and solutions to develop staff mobility . The results are available in English on request to Elisabeth SILVA
