First feedback on a preliminary study conducted by Cap Ulysse about main obtacles leading learners with Intellectual Disabilities to be underepresentated on transnational mobility programs
The PR.E.S.T.O. project – “Promoting pEople with disability Transnational mObility” gather several European mobility operators and disability & training stakeholders.
By 2022, the partnership intends to launch a unique training course and dedicated tools to support vocational training staff in charge of implementing transnational mobility within their institution so that they can open those opportunities to learners with intellectual disabilities.
At this stage, a preliminary survey to identify the main obstacles to mobility is conducted among 50 VET stakeholders. In France, one thing is sure: if only 50% of the VET institutions interviewd already sent people with disabilities on a mobility , 100% is ready to repeat the experience !
If you wish to access the first results of this preliminary survey on the obstacles to transnational mobility of #peoplewithdisabilities conducted by Cap Ulysse, in the framework of the European project #ERASMUS PRESTO you can access it on :  project
