Cédric MONIER
President – (FR-EN): After 10 years’ experience as a manager in the catering & retail sectors, Cédric Monier has decided to share his experience by moving into the vocational sector. He created Cap Ulysse in 2009 as a legal representative and is in charge of the welcoming and well-being of our incoming trainees.
Elisabeth SILVA – silva [at] capulysse.fr
European Projects Manager – (FR-EN-ES-PT): After a Bsc in International Relations (1996) which led her to international positions in the fields of vocational training, Elisabeth chose to complete her career with a Masters degree in Educational Sciences (2004). In 2004, after having spent more than 6 years working in education & international cooperation programmes all around the world (Brazil, Burkina Faso, India…), Elisabeth dedicated her career to education in Europe and, in particular, to mobility projects. She is in charge of Cap Ulysse‘s European projects. Thanks to her professional orientation, she was awarded with the City Medal of Bordeaux in 2010. In terms of incoming mobility, Elisabeth is in charge of outgoing mobility department and the training department. She is also managing the Projects Department for the projects related to disability and inclusive mobilities.
Marilou BREDA – breda [at] capulysse.fr
Project Manager – (FR-ES-EN): After 3 years of social worker’s study at IRTS Montpellier, Marilou Breda has passed her social worker diploma. She then decided to work on local and international solidarity coordination of projects (IFAID Aquitaine). At the end of her first training year, she has done a long term internship at Cap Ulysse, working on several European projects on education and vocational training. Nowadays, she is in charge of the Incoming Mobility Department and managing the Project Department for projects related to migration and interculturality.
Priscilla Barnard – barnard [at] capulysse.fr
Administrative and financial manager – (FR-EN) : After a variety of professional experiences, Priscilla joined Cap Ulysse in July 2022 as Office Manager, in charge of day-to-day administrative and financial matters, supporting the smooth running and well-being of the team, as well as providing support for European mobility and missions involving experimentation and educational innovation.

Project Manager – (FR-ES-DE) : After a degree in local and international solidarity project coordination (IFAID Aquitaine), she joined Cap Ulysse working on several European projects on education and vocational training.
Myriam SALIK – salik [at] capulysse.fr
Mobility Responsible – (FR-EN-ES-PT): After a mobility experience abroad thanks to the Erasmus, Myriam Salik joined the Mobility Incoming Department of Cap Ulysse. She is in charge of the relationship between companies and interns, as well as partners from all over Europe.
