At the end of February 2023, Cap Ulysse organised the jobshadowing of the headmaster of a vocational school in Munich. During 1 week, Heinz Roesner discovered workings at the “Lycée Professionnel des Menuts” in Bordeaux talking exchanging and attending several calsses with staff and students.💡 The job shadowing experience allows professionals to meet and exchange with their European counterparts in order to learn from their practices.
“I was very impressed by the practical lessons in the hairdressing and business class. Also the co-teaching of 2 teachers was very impressive”.
An enthusiastic feedback shared by the French High school staff and students who actively participated in the welcoming and final assessment of this second experience for Sabel, the German High School located in Munich which already came to Bordeaux once November 2021 .
Every year Cap Ulysse organises up to 10 individual jobshadowings and collactive study visits for educational staff aiming at discovering French innovative practices.
