Our team

Our team is our strength! Coming from diverse sectors of activity, the experience and language skills of Cap Ulysse’s team lead us to establish a large network of partners all around Europe within several European programmes such as ERASMUS+.


Cédric MONIER –

General Manager – (FR-EN): After 10 years’ experience as a manager in the catering & retail sectors, Cédric Monier has decided to share his experience by moving  into the vocational sector. He created Cap Ulysse in 2009 as a legal representative and is in charge of the welcoming and well-being of our incoming trainees. In terms of incoming mobility, Cédric is the one who coordinates the arrival and logistics of our trainees.

  Elisabeth SILVA

Elisabeth SILVA –

European Projects Manager – (FR-EN-ES-PT)After a Bsc in International Relations (1996) which led her to international positions in the fields of vocational training, Elisabeth chose to complete her career with a Masters degree in Educational Sciences (2004). In 2004, after having spent more than 6 years working in education & international cooperation programmes all around the world (Brazil, Burkina Faso, India…), Elisabeth dedicated her career to education in Europe and, in particular, to mobility projects. She is in charge of Cap Ulysse‘s European projects. Thanks to her professional orientation, she was awarded with the City Medal of Bordeaux in 2010. In terms of incoming mobility, Elisabeth is the one who settles the general conditions of each collaboration (educational, financial). She is also in charge of the Projects Department, in collaboration with Marilou BREDA and Marlène DUPUIS.

Marlène DUPUIS Marlène SEVERE

Mobility Responsible – (FR-EN-GE): After having studied German and Social Labour, where she could have a mobility experience abroad thanks to the Erasmus and Grundtvig programs, Marlène Dupuis has decided to turn her personal experiences into her profession, dedicating herself to European projects since 2010. At Cap Ulysse, she is in charge of the relationship between companies and interns, who come from all over Europe.

Marilou BREDA –

Mobility assistant(FR-ES-EN): After 3 years of social worker’s study at IRTS Montpellier, Marilou Breda has passed her social worker diploma. She then decided to work on local and international solidarity coordination of projects (IFAID Aquitaine). At the end of her first training year, she has done a long term internship at Cap Ulysse, working on several European projects on education and vocational training. Nowadays, she is part of the incoming department, in charge of organising cultural and linguistic activities for the trainees.

Bénédicte PAULE –

Trainee(FR-EN-ES-DE): After graduating in International trade and several experiences abroad, such as in Germany and in Croatia, Bénédicte chose to study European cooperation and cross border cooperation by doing a Master’s Degree specialised in Cross border projects. At Cap Ulysse, she is doing her end of studies’ internship, assisting Elisabeth Silva and Marlène Dupuis.
