PROMOTION & DISSEMINATION
A new feature that you can find in the YouTube channel are the ‘PR.I.M.E. Stories’: short audios with the direct testimonials of staff or participants and their real stories of specific moments in their mobilities.
You can access all the stories in English and activate the automatic subtitles of YouTube also to translate, if needed.
These stories will be integrated in the PR.I.M.E. handbook and platform (work in progress).
In May, the coordinator and one of the partners of PR.I.M.E. were invited to participate in one of the Meet Up’s of the community “Mentoring Under Construction”. This online meeting, open to all that community, was about “Hidden Exclusion: Creating Inclusive Environments for Neurodiverse Youth”. During this meeting, the coordinator of PR.I.M.E., together with one staff member and one participant with autism from PsPc (Lithuanian partner), shared their experience with mobility projects for this target group, their challenges, strategies and results. This community has a series of webinars and meet up’s about inclusive mentoring, and dedicates each meeting to a different type of target group.
You can check the EPALE article from VisMed Association (partner from Malta) that shared about 10 Principles of Adult Learning and their application to Inclusive Mobility.
PR.I.M.E. partners never forget to celebrate Europe. Check the video done for the Europe’s Day in our YouTube channel.
Furthermore, this year the ErasmusDays were special! Each Partner organised a local event to celebrate Europe and promote Erasmus and inclusive mobilities, other than some results of PR.I.M.E. project. In total, in 7 Countries, partners were able to involve more than 300 participants.
There were conferences, open days, concerts, workshops, sharing testimonials and campaigns, organised by staff and users with intellectual disabilities.
MOBILITIES
One of the project’s aims is to reinforce the partnership and create more inclusive mobilities. Some parallel projects keep growing between partners and other organisations. Some partners continue collaborating by sending and hosting participants with disabilities, between Italy, Lithuania, Poland, Malta and France.
But also, staff is developing their competences and knowledge through other projects, such as staff mobility between Italy and Greece, or Training Courses in Italy and Hungary for youth workers that want to implement and involve people with intellectual disabilities in mobility projects. This last project, All Aboard!, comprehends 3 Training Courses dedicated to different support role figures. In June 2025, Italy received an international group of project managers, while Hungary hosted in October a group of mentors and tutors of 9 different Countries. Next year, in May, will be the time of our Lithuanian partner to host an international group of accompanying persons.
OUTPUTS
Some PR.I.M.E. outputs are ready and still hot!!!
Did you ever live the challenge of your participants to understand some official documents they need to read, fill in and sign during their mobilities? During PR.I.M.E. project, we are creating some support documents to help understand some of those. You can already access in our website to the “Learning Agreement” and the “Volunteering Agreement”… not the official ones, but some support documents in easy-to-read that will facilitate your participant’s understanding of what they are signing.
Soon, you will be able to access to the Europass, YouthPass and Participant’s Report support documents in easy-to-read. But how to put it in practice? You can check our Online Training about ETR n. 2, where we explain the best way to use these support documents.
You can also already prepare your participants for the first flight!...with the help of this digital tool in augmented reality that will lead the participant step-by-step through the airport procedures.
And how about the other outputs? Soon you will have access to all of them, in PR.I.M.E. platform, that will be ready for the end of the project, in March 2026.
Until then, we will do an ‘International Online Training’! This time you don’t need to wait for the recording in the YouTube channel! This online seminar is open to all the public. PR.I.M.E. partners will present all the outputs and results, how to use them, and how to make a mobility project more inclusive for people with intellectual disabilities. It will take place online on the 18th February 2026, between 10.00 and 13.00 CET. You can register HERE.
